Due to client demand we are expanding and opening a new call center.
Top modern call center based in Gran Canaria is looking for an Administration Assistant. You will become part of a fast growing and exciting company with opportunities of career progression. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 7 pm You will provide administrative support to various departments. You will answer calls and promptly and courteously assist clients. You will coordinate appointments and international travel. With our CRM system you will track the effectiveness of leads and generate reports that assist management with decision making. You will update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer / prospective customer.
You will receive coaching and training to succeed in this role.
Besides the job related skills, you also require the following qualities: Organisational skills Pleasant and friendly manner PC skills are essential Good verbal and oral communication skills Punctuality Quality management - look for means of improving as well as promoting quality High level of motivation Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative, as well as part of a team Good social skills Call Center/ Contact Center /experience an advantage, any other foreign language such as German, Dutch, French an advantage
