A major developer in the tourist and leisure industry requires a very experienced 'Construction Manager' to be based in Morocco
The successful candidate will be the overall manager of 10 fast track sites comprising 1300 villas, apartments, hotel rooms and commercial facilities
You will be responsible for all site works from groundworks through to completion including:
construction programme planning and management
on-site contract and cost management
all on-site approvals
liaise with all third party contacts
approval and/or amendment of all drawings
You will need:
a good working knowledge of AutoCAD,MS Word, Excel amd MS Project
to be fluent in Arabic/French
SALARY 40K to 60K euro depending on experience
