Our client is searching for a Portal Product Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities / Activities
Own web and download portal product applications Gather requirements for enterprise portals. Create and manage portal product road maps Consult with business heads and managers to maximise the way the company presents its products, services and competitive advantages; Develop and organise the structure of the web products, working alongside IT to ensure high standards of usability, accuracy and robustness; Reach out to audience groups (players, members, business partners, and employees) to determine their needs, and act as an advocate to ensure that the company addresses those needs through the web products; Contribute to the training needs of Member Service department in the use ofof the compays web products Anticipate and look toward the future, analysing and proposing new ways the company might use the web to carry out its mission more efficiently and effectively. Develop project plans including tasks to be performed, task estimates, and targeted completion dates. Provide project monitoring feedback to Business Units and senior management. Prioritise projects with senior management input. Training sales and CS team in the use of new products. Interacting with PMO and Portal IT technicians
Experience / Qualifications Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior project or web management role. Ideal candidate will have good understanding of web technology. Expert on industry portal trends and tools
