| A Valencia court has suspended the plans of Alboraya Town Hall to build 600 homes and to create a new Marina in the area of Port Saplaya that will also include a commercial centre.
The court also found that the plans for the port were not included in the General Plan of the town, nor had they been treated administratively correctly.
Equally, the judgment found that the project was overly beneficial to the builder and against the opinion of neighborhood. |
