| A 49 year old British man is in the custody of Spanish National Police after stabbing a 61 year old Polish man during the early hours of yesterday morning in La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz).
Taking advantage of the confusion of the moment, the assailant crossed the border into Gibraltar, where he gave himself up to British police, who immediately handed him back to their Spanish counterparts.
Although emergency services arrived on the scene promptly, they could do nothing for the victim, who had been stabbed through the heart. The incident occurred shortly before 2.30am on Thursday morning. |
