Jesus Miranda, the director responsible for cadastral values in the province of Alicante has stated that several other towns will have to increase the cadastral values, as they have not done so for twelve years or more.

They are: Gata de Gorgos, Jalon, Orba, Pedreguer, Ondara, Pego, Villajoyosa, Denia, Javea and Benissa.
