Rate rises for Costa dwellers announced

Jesus Miranda, the director responsible for cadastral values in the province of Alicante has stated that several other towns will have to increase the cadastral values, as they have not done so for twelve years or more.

This will almost inevitably lead to a considerable increase in rates in the towns concerned.

They are: Gata de Gorgos, Jalon, Orba, Pedreguer, Ondara, Pego, Villajoyosa, Denia, Javea and Benissa.
