Several enormous mushrooms, the biggest of which weighed in at nearly two stone (12kg), have been found by Paco Adobes in an oak forest near his home town of Orihuela del Tremendal in Teruel province.
The extraordinary size of this autumn's mushroom crop is the result of excellent climatological conditions with abundant rainfall during the month of September.
