|  A 5 year old girl was killed yesterday morning when she was hit by debris from a condemned building that was in the process of being demolished.
The incident occurred on the calle Sol at around 9.30am in Béjar (Salamanca) as she and her brother were being taken to the Marqués de Valero Junior School by their mother.
Eye-witnesses report that the young girl was hit by several blocks of falling masonry and died before emergency medics arrived on the scene. |
