| Fifty young cancer patients aged between 9-13, have left for a few days holiday at the Formigal ski resort in Huesca province as part of the 'One cap, one hope' scheme funded by the Aramón charity organisation.
The boys and girls, from Oncology Units across Spain, left Zaragoza by coach earlier today and have skiing lessons with national ski school instructors arranged for first thing tomorrow morning.
During their short break, the children will also get to meet the huskie sleigh dogs and get to see the whole resort on the back of snowmobiles driven by trained experts.
They will begin the return journey on Sunday afternoon after a second morning out on the slopes with the instructors. |
