|  A 35 year old immigrant woman was stabbed to death last Sunday at her bungalow home on a residential estate outside Torrevieja. Her 35 year old Cuban neighbour handed himself over to the Guardia Civil and has confessed to the murder.
Domestic violence has been ruled out, and it is believed that the two may have quarrelled over something as apparently trivial as unreasonably elevated noise levels.
The woman's body was found during the early hours of Sunday morning at a property on the Lago Jardín II estate, which is around five kilometres from Torrevieja town centre. |
