A French pilgrim walking the Camino de Santiago died this morning at around 8.20am after apparently suffering a heart attack near the Navarran town of Mañeru.
The man, who is believed to be in his sixties, is from Limoges.
His body has been taken to the Navarran Institute of Legal Medicine in Pamplona, where an autopsy will be carried out.
