| The former owner of the 'La arboleda happy' nursery school in Utrera (Sevilla) accepted a sentence of four years in jail and three fines totalling more than two thousand euros after admitting having paid to take naked photos of a ten year old boy and possessing pornographic images of children.
The man, who had always previously denied the charges, has been in custody since his arrest on October 9th, 2007.
The prosecution's offer to reduce the requested prison term from ten to four years took into account that the defendant has already paid his victim €10,000 euros in compensation.
Before today's court hearing began, the defendant's family and friends were insulted and threatened by the young boy's distraught mother. |
