| Iñaki De Juana Chaos has reacted to, what he describes as, "the unacceptable press campaign and intoxication and pressure" on himself and his family," by going back on hunger strike.
The former leader of ETA's notorious Madrid cell was responding to the news that the High Court has ordered the embargo of a flat in San Sebastián where De Juana was planning to live following his scheduled release on August 2nd.
Formerly owned by the De Juana family, the flat now belongs to De Juana's girlfriend. It is alleged that the couple conspired to prevent the property being seized and sold off to compensate De Juana's many victims.
