| The condition of a 2 year old British boy who fell from a first-floor hotel balcony in Cambrils (Tarragona) yesterday, is described as "very serious" by doctors at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital in Barcelona.
The boy, who is receiving intensive care, suffered severe head injuries in the fall, and was evacuated by helicopter.
It seems that the boy's mother had left the boy and his four year old brother in the care of their grandfather while she popped down to sort something out with the receptionist of the Best Hotel on the Avenida Diputació, where the family had arrived earlier in the day. |
