A 41-year-old on-duty taxi driver was arrested in Zaragoza yesterday after testing seven times over the alcohol limit for professional drivers.

He was turned in by a concerned member of the public after being spotted staggering drunkenly from his cab, having just double-parked on a busy street in the city's Torrero district.
