| A French couple rescued during the early hours of yesterday morning after their yacht collided with a whale in the Straits of Gibraltar, have said that they were adrift for around six hours before being picked up by the crew of a Turkish cargo ship.
According to a source at the French Consulate in Ceuta, the couple have been provided with a place to stay and free passage on a ferry leaving for Algeciras later today. |
