| A judge in Marbella has thrown out the case against actor Antonio Banderas, under which it was claimed that his mansion was built illegally.
Under the terms of the new General Plan for the town, the home of Mr Banderas has been included as being on buildable land, whilst several judicial experts stated that since the complaint against the house dated from 1995, it could now not be heard as it had now been proscribed. |
