| It is now believed that Swedish furniture giant IKEA will finally set up inside the new industrial estate and commercial centre to be known as Alfafar Parc, an area that is expected to create 3,900 new jobs and result in an investment of €120 million euros.
Commenting on the new area, regional Urban Development boss, José Ramón García Antón, stated that some 91% of the surface area of the new park had already been contracted. |
