| THE brother of a 17-year-old girl who confessed to her murder was taken to Villena prison last night where he will remain pending trial.
Ramón García, 22, admitted to killing his sister Rocío earlier this month with four gunshot wounds.
But he claimed to have pulled the trigger accidentally.
Police have now found the gun, which belongs to Ramón’s father, in a ditch near the family home in L’Alfàs del Pi (Alicante).
Only the empty holster had been left in the house after Rocío was killed.
Ramón, who is said to have been ‘obsessed’ by his younger sister and even had her name tattooed on his body, reportedly displayed no remorse, shame or grief when he was put behind bars.
Prison wardens said they were ‘surprised’ by his cold-blooded demeanour.
He is being watched by another inmate to prevent him from self-harming or attempting suicide, police say.
