| A TOTAL of 95 people in Spain are confirmed as being infected with the AH1N1 virus, otherwise known as swine ‘flu.
The ministry of health and social policy reported yesterday evening that 28 cases had been officially diagnosed in the Comunidad Valenciana alone.
In the same region, the 15 cases under observation have now been reduced to 12 with three people having been given the all-clear.
In Madrid, five have been found not to be suffering from the condition, with a further four testing positive.
Overall, 30 patients in Spain are undergoing tests, having reduced from Friday’s figure of 40.
These people will remain in quarantine unless and until they are found to be in the clear.
