|  A FIRE in an underground car park this morning in Tarragona forced emergency services to evacuate 25 residents from the apartment block.
Firefighters were called out at 03.45hrs when a car caught fire in the car park below the building at number 16 on the Avenida Roma.
Luckily no damage was caused to the rest of the block, and residents were able to return home at around 07.00hrs this morning.
