| 'Moon', the first features-length movie by Britain's Duncan Jones, David Bowie's son, has triumphed at the International Sci-Fi & Fanstasy Film Festival in Sitges this weekend.
Jones' film, a joint UK and US production in done in the style of a 1970s sci-fi movie, was warded four prizes, including Best Film and Best Actor for Sam Rockwell's performance.
It also swept up the award for Best Script for Nathan Parker's adaptation of Duncan Jones' original story, as well as Best Production Design for Tony Noble and Sam Rockwell's work. The award for the Best Short Film went to 'One of Those Days' by another Briton, Hattie Dalton. |
