| THE largest-ever jigsaw puzzle to be completed is now on display in Daimiel (Ciudad Real).
It measures 5.5 by 1.92 metres, and is made up of 32,256 pieces.
Over 100 people from all over the world – as far away as Mexico and Paraguay – congregated in the town over the recent bank holiday weekend to help put the jigsaw together.
It has just been put on sale by the German puzzle manufacturer, Ravensburger.
Up until now, the jigsaw puzzle by Educa, titled 'Life', which comprised 24,000 pieces and took 96 hours to complete, has held the world record.
And this latest one was put together in a record of 82 hours – all 32 pictures on it, comprising around 1,000 pieces each.
