POLICE in Zaragoza have discovered the body of a man cemented into the wall of an internet café.

Residents in the Delicias neighbourhood of the city called the authorities when they detected a foul smell coming from the premises, which had been closed and locked up for some time.

Officers traced the odour to a wall inside the building and, upon chipping away at the concrete, found remains of a body, thought to be that of a man.

Once they have removed all parts of the corpse they will send it to the national forensic institute for an autopsy to be carried out.

The cyber-café appears to belong to two male friends, a Spaniard and a Cuban national.
