The Town Hall of Soria have put the municipal winter weather plan into action with the distribution of more than 9,000 kilos of salt on the town´s busiest and steepest main roads following recent heavy snow falls in the area. The Town Hall advise motorists to stay at home if possible, and have cancelled the procession of the carnival procession of the figures with enormous heads (cabezudos) which should have taken place at midday today.
