A 49 year old man died this morning in Arganda del Rey when the ditch he was working in collapsed on top of him. According to an emergency services spokesperson, the accident occurred at 9.45am on the calle Derechos Humanos, and was probably caused by yesterday´s heavy rain. The man died before firemen were able to dig him out.
