In the eastern part of the finca there is a large dam to collect rainwater. The private paths on the finca make it possible to drive almost around the entire property along the borders, but also directly to the two detached houses and the larger ruins on the hill. You can reach the finca via the urbanization Panchito Ramos, which is located between Gran Tarajal and Las Playitas, in the south of Fuerteventura. The last 500m access are on a very well maintained dirt road that leads to both houses of the finca.
A) The large main house with 210sqm was built about 20 years ago and consists of:

- Another large hall with a bathroom and a garage, which we could only photograph from the outside because we didn't have a key.
At the south-west end of the main house there is a large covered terrace with a barbecue area and enough space for family celebrations, under which you can also park a car. Behind the house there is a staircase that leads to the flat roof of the main house, which is ideal for the installation of a photovoltaic system, with which one could live here completely self-sufficient.
B) The second house, about 100m away, was built about 15 years ago with 150sqm of living space, consists of a large living room with open kitchen, two large bedrooms, a third slightly smaller bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a 25sqm garage with a great view, which could also be expanded into an apartment if required.
C) There are also two ruins from the 1940s on the finca that can be renovated as they have been cadastralized and recorded. The larger ruin with approx. 50sqm stands on the hill above the property and has a magnificent 360 degree panoramic view over the Gran Tarajal valley and the sea. Another smaller ruin, which can also be rebuilt, is further down in the inner valley of the finca.
The 81sqm water reservoir stands right next to one of the two fountains and above the large landscaped fields and the two open greenhouses.
The family had been self-sufficient here for many years, as this was the late father's hobby.
Electricity is from the municipal utility, water from our own well (connection to the municipal utility possible), internet via radio/WiFi and via cell phone. Both houses have an alarm system with a connection to the police.
The three heirs all enjoyed a good education, took over their father's companies, built their lives with their families on the neighboring islands and now want to take their mother over from the finca, which is why they now want to sell it after their father's death.
