The property is located in a quite area on Sector A of the ever popular Residential Camposol Golf Development.
Camposol has an 18 hole golf course, however we describe Camposol as a development with a golf course not a golf course development. In other words the houses are not all cramped around the golf course.
There are 4 areas on Camposol. Sectors A, B, C, & D.
We have two shopping areas. The main commercial area is on Sector B (where the Mercers office is situated). Here there is a large supermarket, various other shops, a vets, optician, hairdressers, dentist, banks, post office, bars and restaurants.
On Sector A there is also a small selection of shops & bars as well as a Spanish Restaurant which houses a tapas bar, luncheon area and a formal dining area. It also has a public swimming pool which is open during the warmer months. The medical centre is also on sector A.
On sector D you will find a small laundry shop. They do all types of laundry and also alterations and repairs. There is a small shop attached where you can buy your fresh bread, milk, water, food in tins, newspapers and more. Also they provide internet access for a small fee.
There is a golf club house and the 4 Star Sensol Spa hotel which is open to none members. There are two natural thermal springs in the area and one of the springs is in the middle of the golf course which has been tapped and provides the spa water for the hotel.
A new dual carriageway has made travelling a lot more efficient in this area. Mazarron town is about 5 mins drive away. Puerto de Mazarron and the beaches are 10 min easy drive. Both towns have all the necessary amenities for living in the area eg. shops, medical facilities, restaurants and Bars. Puerto de Mazarron in particular is very popular with the Spanish themselves for their holidays.
