Alicante airport is only 1 hour away. Denia is a bustling town and just across the mountain. Jávea is a small fishing town, split into three areas the Old Town, Port and Arenal. The historic Old Town has many winding cobbled streets with picturesque plazas. The weekly market is held on Thursday when you can buy fresh local produce and crafts. The port is a lively bustling area with many shops, fish restaurants and bars. The Arenal beach is a sandy cove surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars.

The accommodation is set on one level. You enter the property via sweeping drive with electric gates. Enclosed naya with lovely views over the hillside. Great sunrises and sunsets. Good sized family lounge / dining area, with fireplace, UK satellite TV + Spanish TV.
3 large double bedrooms all with air conditioning, 2 with double beds, all 3 bedrooms have either en-suite bathrooms or showers, and one room has a steam shower. The 3rd twin room has pull out beds under the singles for extra children if required.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven and gas hob. There is a utility room next door with another fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Open terrace to the front of the villa and a covered barbeque area (Gas BBQ). Pretty garden views from this area on both sides. A few steps lead down to the pool area with lots of terraced areas, and a large 9×5 pool with shallow end. Jacuzzi, summer lounge from the pool terrace and garden. The pool has lighting for the evenings. Fantastic views from every angle! |
