Location This villa is on the outskirts of the old farming village of Catral. There are restaurants, bars, garages and shops, Banks and supermarkets,just a short distance away. There is a weekly market in Catral and also on Saturday in Almoradi. Catral is 25 minutes from Alicante Airport and 40 minutes from Murcia Airport. The nearest beach is a 15 minute drive to Guardamar, which boasts of 13 kilometers of golden sand. This is a Blue Flag beach. The numerous Golf courses are also just a few minutes drive away.
This is a truly stunning property, comprising of three bedrooms, detached and standing on a very large plot of land. The views are breath taking. The villa is attractively furnished and well equipped to provide all the comforts you would wish to find in a home.

There is a lovely terrace around most of the villa when there is fabulous furniture for those lazy afternoons.
Outside there is a 10 x 5 m private pool fully equipped with poolside furniture. There is a large terrace surrounding the pool, ideal for sun bathing and BBQ’s.
This villa also has a shed for storage and the use of Hammocks for the garden.
The garden is laid mostly to gravel and is neat and tidy, with mature plants.
The Villa has good security for peace of mind with Electric Gates, security grills,and an internal alarm.
