This nice property is located in one of the loveliest areas near Mecina Bombarón of recent construction yet in-keeping with the local architectural style typical of the Alpujarra. 60m2 living space with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with fireplace, American-style kitchen and terrace with nice views. The village of Mecina Bombaron is roughly 1000m above sea level and therefore in winter it can get chilly...but luckily it is all south facing with incredible views and countryside. Unfortunately i don't have exact details of the measurements of each room nor balcony, but the whole dwelling is 60m2. The low level complex has been nicely built in-keeping with the local Alpujarreño architectural style making it very attractive, indeed. The complex which seems more like an Andalusian hamlet is 2 miles from the nearest village of Mecina Bombaron which has all amenities. The nearest golf course is La Envia Golf which is one hour from the property. There will be a yearly charge for the community up-keep, but this is usually inexpensive. The apartment is sold with some furniture which can be negotiated. The apartment has a modern yet rustic feel to it and a perfect base for keen walkers for holidays or simply those who wish to "get away from it all". |
