To the centre of the village it takes 10 minutes by foot. From Comares there are breath-taking panoramic views over the Axarquia down to the Mediterranean. In the village there are several bars, restaurants and small shops where you can find everyday essentials. The coastal town of Torre del Mar is about 40 minutes by car, Malaga is an hours drive and the famous places of interest like Granada, Cordoba or Seville are reached within 1 ½ and 2 ½ hours by car. HOUSE The apartment is located on the ground floor of a big family house. Next to the house some stairs lead down through the garden to a big south-facing terrace and to the entrance of the apartment. The main door opens into a living-room with wood-burner, sofa bed and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, oven and washing-machine. There is also a TV with SAT/Sky reception. Next to the living-room is the double bedroom with wardrobe and the bathroom. Below the terrace is a private pool. From the sunny terrace and the pool there are lovely views over the Axarquia region.
