Llovely communal swimming pool that has been screened for the privacy of those using it and entry is through a locked gate. A well maintained grassed area surrounds the pool. There are shops including a supermarket and bars nearby at La Florida and the main commercial centre at Playa Flamenca beach is only 5 minutes away by car. The Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is also only 5 minutes by car. The choice of beaches along this stretch of the coast is endless, many of which are blue flag rated and in the summer months have lifeguards and red cross stations. The closest beach at Playa Flamenca is 10 minutes by car. This apartment is ideal for those who want the benefits of facilities and amenities close by but far enough away not to disturb a peaceful relaxing break.
