There is a sofa bed in the living room so can easily sleep 4 people. Through the front door you enter in to the lounge and dinning room/kitchen. The hall then leads to the bedroom and bathroom. There is a passage currently used for storage which leads to the back door. Out of the back door is one of the communal swimming pool in a fabulous setting. This is a quiet area for a totally relaxing holiday. Shops and bars are just a short walking distance away. Short drive away are a choice of 3 golf courses and also the beach. Only 45 minutes south from Alicante airport or 20 minutes north from Murcia. This charming apartment has a real Spanish feel about it with dark wood windows with traditional built in shutters. The living area is bright and practical with a sofa bed to allow for extra guests. There is a dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen area has a fridge, washing machine, microwave oven and cooking oven plus a 2 ring hob. All the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin and w.c. Outside there is lots of car parking space and well maintained green area. There are also a number of communal pools available for use by residents within the complex. There is a restaurant/bar on the complex itself and there are other bars within walking distance. The Plaza at Villamartin is only 5 minutes away and here you will find a choice of shops , bars and restaurants. There are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Horse riding is available and there is even a bowling green |
