Almoradi has a large, exciting market on a Saturday which has everything from fruit and vegetables to clothes and footwear. There is a choice of golf courses 10 minutes away by car and also 10 minutes to the nearest beach which is Guardamar. Other facilities include nearby chemist, medical centre and choice of supermarkets. Other activities in the area include, go karts, horse riding, cycling and water sports. Only 30 minutes south of Alicante airport and 30 minutes north of Murcia, making this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer. On entering , you come into a long hall, with a large shower room complete with sink toilet and bidet, on the left and on the right a large double bedroom with little tables and hanging space.Moving along the hall there is a twin bedroom also with table and hanging space. On the left there is a small outside terrace area suitable for table and chairs. The kitchen is spacious with ample units and fully equipped including a dining table with 4 chairs. Doors leadi from the kitchen onto a balcony .There is also a large fridge freezer. Atthe end of the hall you find the welcoming living area with 2 comfortable sofas , coffee table and television. 2 sets of patio doors lead to a balcony which runs around the outside of the apartment. The master bedroom has its own dressing area and on suite bathroom complete with Bath, Bidet, Sink and Toilet. The pool is situated on the roof surrounded by astro turf and has a sun bathing area. The view takes in the mountains behind and the coast to the front. This apartment is in a very peaceful area and rnext door there is a delightful enclosed park with mature trees and benches for those quiet afternoons. There is also a small Bar in the park to get a refreshing drink. |
