The house is within walking distance of the Mar Menor beach of Lo Pagan, the beaches of the Mediterranean, and the town centre of San Pedro del Pinatar which offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Within walking distance if you do not wish to drive, is a bus station with regular services to Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante, Torrevieja, and Madrid, etc..
