You can start your search by either:

1. Clicking on one of the Spanish Property Quick Links on the right (e.g. Costa Blanca property for sale) and you will be taken straight to the search results page for the chosen Quick Link. You can then refine your search criteria if required.

Or

2. Selecting your Spanish Property Search criteria (e.g. Region, Type of property, Min/Max price and/or minimum Bedrooms) using the drop-down menus and then clicking the Search button. You are not obliged to select something in every drop-down. Only choose an option where you want to exclude properties that do not match that chosen criteria. However, if the search results do not bring up what you are looking for you can easily change your search criteria on that page.

If a Region is not listed then it is because we do not have any property currently available for sale (or rent) in this Region.

If you are not sure which Region to use there are two helpful pop-up maps. If you are looking for a Costa (e.g. Costa Tropical) then click on In which Region are the Costas? If you want to see an overall map showing all the Regions and their Provinces then click on Show map of Spain showing Regions.

The Status (e.g. For Sale) cannot be changed using a drop-down menu. If you want to change this (e.g. to For Rent) then click on the appropriate blue tab at the top of the page (above the Find a Property title). The page will then re-load and the Status will then show your chosen option.
