This spacious quality fully equipped 1 double bedroom penthouse apartment with communal pool with an additional fully furnished private roof garden is in a lovely Spanish Village within a 1 minute walk to banks, supermarket, restaurants etc. More importantly it is a 2 minute walk to the New train station, where the addition of the new high speed train will be arriving very shortly. This gives you access to Alicante city with everything you could want from a City, culture, Beaches, Marina, bars and Restaurants etc. Murcia or Elche are but a short trip on the train and with the fast train you can be in Madrid in appx 2 hours 10 mins from Alicante.
The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard with Air-conditioning, it has everything included from bottle openers to bedding and towels, so just bring your suit case with you.
On entering the apartment block, you have a lovely marble floored entrance, there are no stairs to climb, so great for young mums or the elderly, there is a lift to all floors (except the roof). The communal Swimming pool is located on the ground floor in the center of the block.
