Mont Mar 13 is a semi-detached property located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood of 14 houses. This family house is located about 4 km. outside the charming seaside resort of L'Estartit. It has a long, wide beach of more than 5 km, which is ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. For the more adventurers, the area of L'Estartit is perfect for mountain walks, for example to the Montgri Castle or to smaller bays along the coast. The showpiece of this region are the Illes Medes, small islands in the sea, which you can visit by boat and/or can practice diving. The town itself is also worth a visit with its charming downtown and beautiful harbor. You can always opt for a quiet day at the common pool overlooking the Montgrí castle and the mountains. At the back of the house you can find a lovely private garden with patio, adjacent to the forest, where you can make beautiful walks.
