We build for you this dream finca on your behalf "turnkey" on this selected plot with approx. 15,000 m² according to the available building license and project. The start of construction is immediate and the construction time for this finca is 12 to 18 months.
Our building concept is designed to meet the highest demands and stands for a completely self-sufficient quality of life, a life independent of any external influences and dependencies. This results in electricity generation via photovoltaics (optional), as well as rainwater harvesting and treatment, which should cover the majority of your annual water needs.

The project is realized with our partner & architect, as well as his team of independent craftsmen.
We will follow the project throughout the construction phase, keep you updated weekly via video conference and work report when not on site, and discuss all construction phases, materials and changes with our clients in person.
