The plantation currently produces 15,000 kg of cherries per year, however, there is potential to more than double this production. The trees are of the "Temprana" variety and are currently 6 years old. The plantation is well maintained and has an irrigation system in perfect working order. Access to the plantation is excellent. The varieties of cherries cultivated are Frisco, Nimba, Red Pacific, Collection, Cristal, Cashemire and Royal Tioga, and olives, apples, citrus and grapes are also produced in smaller quantities. Maintenance costs are low and the plot is rented.
