San Pedro de Alcántara, part of Marbella on the Costa del Sol, is a charming town of around 35,000 residents, roughly 10,000 are expats being British, Scandinavians and other Northern Europeans. It has good schools, supermarkets, shops, health centres, restaurants and bars. The town also boasts beautiful beaches with promenades, beach bars, parks, and leisure facilities, with sports clubs and green spaces.

Being about 45 minutes from Málaga Airport, 5 minutes from Puerto Banus and about 10 minutes to Marbella in the car, it is extremely popular with holiday makers and second homeowners.
Situated in one of the busiest areas in San Pedro, this corner café/restaurant has three terrace areas and consequently seats up to 100 people outside. Internally there is over 100m2, and seating is on two floors. It has been completely refurbished recently, and the décor is modern and attractive.

The front door opens into the split level dining area which has windows to 2 sides making it very bright and there are timber tables and comfortable seats for around 35 people. It has a large flat screen TV and there is an open staircase leading to the galleried upper floor which has space for an additional 18 people and has an additional flat screen TV. It is fully air-conditioned.

The curved bar has 3 bar stools, two beer taps and a coffee machine. There is a granite top and modern facing, it has shelving for bottles and glasses as well as drinks fridges and a computerised till system. The kitchen is well fitted with stainless steel appliances including plancha (griddle), twin fryers, double pizza oven hob, microwaves, toasters, fridges, freezers, preparation area, sink, dishwasher and large extraction unit. The male and female WCs are modern and there is a good size storeroom.

The terrace area runs both sides around the bar and there is a large further terrace opposite the café which can be covered during the winter months. There is a 5 year renewable lease which is currently subject to a monthly rental of 1542€ plus IVA.
