It would be perfectly possible to join the two houses or rebuild the more dilapidated as an independent dwelling. Another option would be to demolish the second dwelling and use the space for a large garden with a walled patio.

There are two terraces: the smaller one is in front of the ruins, and the larger (about 5 x 2.5 m) has access from the small one and is located opposite the upper bedroom of the ruin house, above the ground floor of the main house.

Facing the buildings, across the village road, there is land of about 30 m², with a small shed for firewood or animals. This small plot would be ideal for a garden and could even accommodate a small pool. The views are beautiful and it is a sunny spot.

A five-minute walk along an old rural path takes us out of the village into the countryside, where two plots are located, both included in the price of the property. The first plot is about 800 m² and has a large water tank that could be filled with river water running underneath to grow a vegetable garden. The second plot, further down the hill, is 3000 m² and is covered with trees and shrubs. Both lands are on a steep slope, but terraces were built long ago that descend in cascades down the hillside.
