The building also incorporates a geriatric bathroom, a room for terminal users with a mortuary, an industrial kitchen fully equipped with pantries and a cold room, a self-service café, three offices, a boiler and maintenance room, CCTV video surveillance system and solar panels that notably reduce energy consumption. Outdoors there is parking for six vehicles, landscaped areas, outdoor common areas, independent access for loading and unloading and several annexed naves of approximately 80 m² intended for storage. The secondary building, constructed in 2012 on a 2,456 m² plot, is intended for sheltered apartments oriented to users with greater autonomy. It has 500 m² on a single floor, facilitating accessibility, and houses 10 double dwellings of about 45 m² each, with capacity for 20 places. All units are fully equipped with kitchen, furniture, adapted bathroom, assistive technologies, heating, air conditioning and hot water. The complex is completed with common areas, gardens, outdoor café, a dwelling on the upper floor intended for the maintenance manager and a large 300 m² roof terrace. It also has a 15 m² warehouse for diesel and water deposits, as well as a separate 40 m² nave with a self-service café and accessible bathroom. The climate control is achieved by radiant and cooling floors via heat pump, and the energy infrastructure includes a total of 50 photovoltaic panels and 4 panels for hot water production with a 1,000-litre tank, reinforcing the efficiency and sustainability of the complex. The residence is located in a quiet and natural environment, with excellent visibility from the main avenue and quick access from CM-4000 and the A-4 motorway, allowing a comfortable connection with Madrid and other nearby towns. Proximity to shops, health centers and local services adds day-to-day functionality, while open spaces and green areas promote residents’ well-being.
