There is a phrase in English that expresses what I feel: “Goin’ home”.

After following the tracks of famous romantic writers, I discovered this small corner where I can live. I decided to create this home where I can enjoy great moments, return to the rural world that fascinates me so much, and find that balance between character and comfort—close to local amenities and in contact with nature. The home has been completely renovated to offer its owners an original and pleasant space in which to enjoy great moments of relaxation.

It is located in Dúrcal, a charming town south of Granada. Inside the building you’ll find a rural style, but refreshed, complemented by carefully crafted handmade décor that includes various wood details, original brick pillars, and a marble countertop. The main windows and doors are made of solid pine wood with double glazing and water-based varnish for the outdoors.

When you enter the house, you find a fully equipped living room–kitchen, with a dining area and direct access to a patio of almost 70 square meters with lawn, a carefully maintained variety of plants, and an outdoor seating area for family moments by a barbecue. It has a high-power biomass stove with three hot-air outlets (living room, master bedroom, and the hallway on the upper floor). There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor with a storage area.

Going up to the first floor, you’ll discover a large bathroom with a double-sink vanity made with wood. Along the hallway are three very bright double bedrooms—one of them has a balcony overlooking the patio and a dressing room.
