Our agency offers for rent a beautiful apartment with views in an exclusive complex in Loma Dos. The complex features a solarium, communal swimming pool, and well-maintained gardens.
The property also includes an outdoor parking space for an additional €50 per month. All water, electricity, and internet expenses are included in the price. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is for a maximum of 2 people.
Located on the top floor with access via stairs, the apartment features a welcoming terrace overlooking the communal pool and partial sea views, a bright living room with large windows and air conditioning, a kitchen, a bedroom with air conditioning, and a full bathroom.
Close to amenities such as a supermarket, school, health center, pharmacy, and gas station, and just a few minutes' drive from the town of Arguineguin.
Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. They will also be required to sign a viewing form upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (refundable within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023.
