Designed for three adults. No pets. Water, electricity, and internet are included up to a maximum of €70.
The main floor comprises a terrace, a modern open-plan living room with a sofa bed and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine. The upper floor has an enclosed balcony with glass doors that let in natural light, a charming bedroom with air conditioning, and a spacious full bathroom.
Located next to all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, a children's playground, a shopping center, schools, a bus stop, etc.
Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. They will also be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (to be returned within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met). Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It entered into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE), on May 26, 2023. Article 20, section 1, establishes that real estate management fees and contract formalization costs are the responsibility of the landlord.
This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease agreements for uses other than housing, such as commercial premises, nor to seasonal lease agreements. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
