The rental includes water and electricity up to a maximum of €50 per month.
Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. In addition, guests will be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (to be returned within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It entered into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE), on May 26, 2023. Article 20, section 1, establishes that real estate management fees and contract formalization costs will be borne by the landlord.
