Townhouse for holiday rental in Marbella, Málaga

This holiday townhouse is situated in the centre of Marbella in the fishing village at the end of the beach promenade. It is the ideal place for several people who want to enjoy a holiday where everywhere is accessible on foot and you don't need to rent a car.
The house is freshly renovated (May 2011) and shines in bright colours. It is divided into two apartments, which can be rented individually or together. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms in the downstairs apartment (100m2). The bed sizes are a little unusual being that the 1st bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds and the 3rd has TWO double beds! Meaning that it sleeps 8. There is a courtyard leading out from the kitchen enabling ‘outside' dining. This is advantageous as the kitchen dining table, as well as the lounge seating is too small for 8 people. Very Spanish! The upper apartment (60m2) consists on a lounge- dining room with an open kitchen. The lounge has a double sofa bed. There is a shower room and a bedroom with a double bed leading off to a large (40m2) furnished roofed terrace. It has two sofas, a table and a TV connection.
This house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends who want to enjoy Marbella's nightlife as you can reach a large variety of bars and restaurants, which are located along the beach promenade on foot. We would request however that our clients take the neighbours into consideration and not party in the house itself.

Marbella's small fishing village is situated at the end of the beach promenade in Marbella itself. There is no necessity for a car unless you want to drive around and do some sightseeing. Several typical Spanish restaurant and bars are within walking distance. The first being right next-door! Although this area is in the middle of town, it is still very quiet and one has the feeling of being in a small village. There is a supermarket close by. The fishing village seems to be a World of it's own and you don't feel as if you're in the hub of Marbella. It is a very unusual holiday location, authentically Spanish and yet so close to the jet-set nightlife.
