The lovely and very popular apartment is set next to the beach on the Mar Menor, Nautico Entre Dos Mares is located just off Gran Vía.
Murcia-San Javier Airport (MJV) is under a 40-minute drive from the Euromar Nautico Entre Dos Mares. La Manga Club Tennis Centre and Los Nietos Beach are less than a 20-minute car ride from the property. The new Murcia Airport opening in 2019 will only be a short drive and even closer!
Check in is after 1500 and Check Out is before 1100 am
This recently built apartment has access to a shared swimming pool and opens onto a private balcony with great sea views, right by the beach.
Our building is also right beside the beautiful Sports Marina.
Our 2 bed, 2 bath sleeps six, with a double bed, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom and a leather 3 sectional sofa that pulls out to sleep 2 more. We have spent care in furnishing it to a fine quality.
Our spacious living room and kitchen area provides comfort, with all the accessories of home.
This building is one of the newest in the area. Cape Palos is a 10-minute drive away
Shops, restaurants and cafes abound in the area!
Please note that we do not recommend our apartment to guests with reduced mobility as to get to the apartment it is necessary to walk through the communal gardens and walk up two flights of stairs before arriving at the elevator.
Its an awesome location, high end building for comfort and safety! GREAT for honeymooners, boaters, families, as everything is on the strip, right at the base of the building in walking distance!
It is in a unique position to look across both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea Plus…The beautiful Sports Marina and Club.
